Caribbean Poker Game Objective
Caribbean Poker is stud poker game using 5 cards. You play against a dealer. Your objective is to beat the dealer's hand. The good part about this Casino cards game is that you can beat the dealer even with a low hand of cards and that there are different odds payouts for specific hands of cards.
Caribbean Poker Rules
At the start of a game, you place you bet on the 'ante'. You will receive five cards faced up. The dealer will also receive 5 cards, of which one is faced up and four are faced down.
Now you can either play out the hand that your are dealt, or 'fold' and give up your 'ante' bet. If you decide to play the game, you'll have to place another bet (double the amount of your initial 'ante').
The dealer must have at least one Ace or one King to play out his hand. If he does not have this, you get paid your 'ante' but not your 'bet'. If the dealer has at least an Ace or a King, but your hand is higher than the dealer's, you get paid both your 'ante' and your 'bet'. The 'ante' is paid even money, but the 'bet' is paid according to your hand of cards. If the dealer has a higher hand of cards, you will lose both your 'ante' and your 'bet'. If both hand are equal, it's a 'tie'.
